Nepal’s Northern Trade Corridor Records Rs 26.012 Billion in Imports

A 1 November economic briefing reported that imports through Nepal’s northern Korala trade point reached Rs 26.012 billion during the reported first three-and-a-half-month period of fiscal year 2026/27, while exports totalled Rs 286.3 million. Mustang Customs collected Rs 11.45 billion in revenue, exceeding its annual Rs 9 billion target. These are reported trade and customs figures, not a new investment contract.
